Immunotherapy Hours
Immunotherapy injections are scheduled in this office by appointment only. In order to decrease patient waiting times, our staff prepares patient serums and records in advance on the day of your visit. For these reasons, we ask that patients adhere to their appointment schedule as specific time has been set aside for you with our clinical staff. In order that other patients are not inconvenienced, patients who arrive >10 minutes after their scheduled appointment may need to wait until other patients are treated. Please note that your will see the clinical staff and not the physician at this time. If you need to see the physician, please schedule the appropriate visit with our front desk staff.

Our most popular hours for injections tend to be between 7am – 9am and 3:30 – closing. Appointments at other times may be shorter waiting times and increased availability.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or designated adult guardian.

RX Refills
Please provide the following information:
- Name of patient
- Date of birth
- Name of prescription/medication
- Strength/dose and directions
- Supply (one month/90 day)
- Name and phone number of pharmacy
- Phone number where you can be reached, if we have any questions
Please note: Prescription refill requests must be approved by our physicians. Most prescriptions will be processed within 2 business days.
Confirming Appointments
In order to see you in a timely manner, please be reminded of the following:
- Refrain from using antihistamines at least 5 days prior to your appointment.
- Bring your new patient forms already filled out and complete (see attached documents).
- Bring your insurance card and obtain a referral from your primary care (if required by your insurance).
- Review attached directions. Note - Route 9 often has traffic so please plan accordingly.
If for any reason you cannot keep this appointment, please contact the office at least 3 days in advance. We accept email and/or phone messages 24 hours a day/7 days per week.
